Send command execution results to Make.com

CONTENTS
NAVIGATE

In the previous guide, we explained the basics of creating scenarios in Make.com and how to connect HARPA and Make.com to send data from HARPA to Google Sheets.

This guide explains how to modify any pre-configured command you use and send its output anywhere using Make.com.

Use case examples:

  • Generate an article and send it to your WordPress, Notion, or another editor.

  • Create useful summaries and send them via Webhook to your email or messaging app for later reading or saving important information.

# How to add Webhook Functionality to a Default Command

You can find a guide on modifying pre-configured commands here, which may also be helpful.

  1. Open the command list by typing / in the chat

  2. Click Duplicate and Edit

  1. Modify the command name if needed. We recommend giving updated names to commands to avoid confusion with default ones.

The default command could always be available in the ARCHIVED category, and you can restore it if necessary.

  1. Find the parameter that will contain the command execution result. In our case, it's {{article}}.

  1. Find the step where the default command asks you what to do with the command result. This step might not exist, and you can place the REQUEST step right after the GPT step with the command execution result. However, in our example, I would put the webhook option in this ASK step:

  1. Add the REQUEST step: specify the run condition (in our case: {{change}} = webhook) and copy your Webhook URL there now or later. Then specify the parameter (in our case: {{article}}) that will be sent to Make.com

  1. Save your command.

  2. Create your scenario in Make.com to receive information from HARPA (Webhook step):

Add another module to send the command results to any desired location, such as Notion, Google Docs, WordPress, Gmail, or other platforms.

  1. Log in to the required platform to connect it with Make.com. This process is straightforward, so we won't go into details here.

  1. Run your scenario and test the functionality of the new command integrated with Make.com.
