# Scenario Features

This scenario automates content posting to your WordPress website, collecting article links from Google Sheets that you want to outrank and post, requiring only minimal 10-minute setup.

To use it, simply add useful article or YouTube video links to a Google Sheet. The script will run at set intervals (e.g., daily or every 5 hours), pick an unprocessed article, rewrite it, and post it to your WordPress blog or website. This lets you automate daily content publishing without needing regular involvement in the process.

Complete the basic HARPA & Make.com setup:

# How to Set Up Your Auto-Blogging Scenario

# Configuring AI Command in HARPA (~3 min):

  1. Import the WordPress Blog Writer command to your HARPA.

  2. Open HARPA on any webpage, run the command and click "SETTINGS" to configure the JSON format appropriate for your WordPress configuration (e.g., some sites have FAQ fields, some have Q&As fields and other features; the command includes a default option):

You can also customize the Style instruction by specifying the desired number of headings or other text features you want to see in the result.

We suggest setting GPT-o3-mini, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, or similar models as your default connection in HARPA, as these models handle long text generation effectively.

# Ready-made Template Configuration (~3-5 min):

  1. Copy the Google Sheets template to your Google Drive to set up your Make.com scenario faster. If needed, you can quickly customize the spreadsheet to fit your specific requirements.

  2. Copy a ready-made template: https://make.com/en/integration/13848-daily-wordpress-blogging-automate-your-posts-with-google-sheets-harpa?templatePublicId=13848

  3. Follow the guided setup to quickly configure all key settings.

# WordPress Module Configuration (~3-5 min):

The WordPress module comes with default settings, but manual setup is recommended since each resource has different site structure. In our example, we're creating a text body, URL slug, h1 title, and FAQ section.

How to connect to your WordPress:

  • Go to the plugin on your WordPress page (bottom left corner), copy the API key:

  • Paste the API key into Make.com. The REST API base URL is your website with '/wp-json/' at the end, for example: https://example.wpcomstaging.com/wp-json/

  • You will see default parameters taken from the HARPA: Run AI Command step. If you customized the AI command, simply run the scenario to get the Command Run result and drag the generated fields into your desired cells. For example:

The standard setup makes Drafts. To publish posts right away, change the "Status" field in the WordPress module.

Once you configure the scenario, remember to set the run frequency in Make.com so it regularly checks for new links you've sent to Google Sheets.

Set a convenient frequency for the AI scenario to run and add article links to Google Sheets. The script will automatically fetch new links and process them, creating drafts in your WordPress blog.

# What do I get as a result of this AI scenario?

You get drafts or published posts either daily or according to whatever schedule you set up during configuration.

Once you add a link to Google Sheets, Make.com will send a task to HARPA during the next execution cycle, and it will write a post. This way, you can add unlimited articles to Sheets without worrying about creating blog content for your website.

However, don't forget to run the AI command separately to write your specific instructions, such as defining what writing style should be used.
