VIDEO SHOWS: BROLL OF PENTHOUSE; INTERVIEW WITH HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

SHOWS: NEW YORK, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES (JUNE 3, 2026) (REUTERS – Access

      1. PENTHOUSE LIVING ROOM AT THE MARK HOTEL

      2. FOYER

      3. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“Welcome to the duplex penthouse at The Mark, the most lavish, exclusive
penthouse in New York, if not America.”

      4. SECOND LIVING ROOM

      5. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“So this is a study. So once you pass the piano, maybe play some tunes. We
come to the study. So if you have to take some calls, but no work. This is
where you'll meet with the butler and go through your day's activity with
our concierge, our guest relations department. So all those activities can
be done here, and the privacy of here. So we can shut all the doors here.
So if someone's playing games or playing the piano someone can then work
here. And this room is our dining room. So this is where all the culinary
activities take place. We can have a private chef up here.”

      6. DINNING ROOM

      7. VARIOUS OF KITCHEN

      8. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“Well, we're doing it for someone that wants the best of the best. There's
a lot of anxiety about the World Cup. We want to take all that away. We
wanted to have a package that is flawless.”

      9. STAIRCASE

      10. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“We don't refer the penthouse really to a suite. It's the only
five-bedroom penthouse in New York City. It's really an extension of your
own home. So it's really a townhouse on top of this iconic hotel.”

      11. GAME TABLE

      12. PIANO

      12. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“So from the moment you arrive, I mean, it's really the meet and greet. We
have a limousine and a chauffeur on call 24-7. You'll be greeted by your
own butler and a team that will be with you the whole entire time, the
      four days. And that's 24- 7.”

      13. SMALL BEDROOM

      14. SECOND PRIMARY BATHROOM, BEDROOM, WINDOW VIEW

      15. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“So you won't have a single piece of anxiety while you're staying with us,
which includes helicopter rides, so helicopter to the stadium and back,
with pick-up obviously transportation. For those that don't particularly
think, oh maybe not a helicopter on this particular occasion, weather
permitting, of course we'll have limousine service there.”

      16. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“So one of the other great features of this magnificent suite is a private
gym. You're here for four days, we want you to be healthy. Created with
the best menus, juices. So this way you can come in, have your morning
workouts, and finish with best massage in New York City.”

      17. VARIOUS OF GYM

      18. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“You will have the best access to the stadium for the game. Expedited
access, six tickets included, six tickets on the field at the halfway
line. You will also have your own private lounge. So, you will have
whatever you want in that lounge, the best of the best, the best food,
      wines, and champagne.”

      19. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“So this is into the suite. It has two full bathrooms. Obviously, his and
hers in her dressing room. You can see again, magnificent, bright, light
room, it's a suite en suite. So it has its own fireplace, you can see
here, which actually looks straight through. Go to the other side, we have
a living room, and you've got to see the bathroom. The bathroom, when you
need to relax in that soaking tub, you must come and see this. So you can
relax after a strenuous day or in the morning and look at the bright light
and the sunshine that is here for you.”

      21. VARIOUS OF BED ROOM

      22. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“On the internal staircase, up to the sun lounge, the roof deck, the
plunge pool, after massage, the gym, enjoy all the activities in this
      incredible outdoor space.”

      24. VIEW FROM PATIO

      25. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“So at the penthouse, here at The Mark, this is going to be for the
service from Caviar Kaspia and so we will set it up depending on the
wishes of the guests. You can have this bar set up here, Caviar stations
here, there'll be on-site butler and staff for them throughout the stay,
the duration, the timing, wherever they are on this rooftop, whatever wish
they have, we will make sure is achieved.”

“And coming down from the rooftop in your own private elevator back to the
      main section of the suite.”

      29. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER ELON
      KENCHINGTON SAYING:

“Yes, actually we're getting a lot of traction, a lot of attention. We did
have someone that wanted to do the two nights stay. We are sticking to the
one million dollars that we set. Four nights, whether you can come on the
(July) 16th or after the 19th. The main thing is the 19th is the day that
we're all going to celebrate. Let's see who wins. I predict maybe France,
England 3-1 in the final. But the U.S., let's see where they end up, so
      maybe U. S. England.”

      31. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SOCCER FAN LUKAS CHAVEZ SAYING:

“Definitely if I have the opportunity, have the, economically speaking,
the ability to do so, I would consider it for sure. A final game, every
four years is a different final, and if the package includes all that,
four days, four nights, six tickets, the final of the World Cup, one of
the biggest games in the whole sport industry, I think it would be worth
      it for sure.”

      32. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SOCCER FAN BARRY LOUGE SAYING:

“I am going to go to a game or two, but I'm going to be a little bit
wiser. I don't know if I need to be in Manhattan, top of the penthouse,
butler. If I could be chauffeur, get to the game, I’d deal with that.”

      33. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SOCCER FAN DIEGO CHAVEZ SAYING:

“I think at first glance it kind of intimidating but take into
consideration, you're in New York City, World Cup final, massive
tournament that's happening, a upper east side, kind of like living the
luxury. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. So, you know, if I had the
means, I definitely would do it.”

      34. LOBBY OF HOTEL

      35. VARIOUS EXTERIORS OF HOTEL

STORY: New York City's The Mark Hotel is helping World Cup fans enjoy the
final game in a relaxing, luxurious way—if you have $1 million.

"We're doing it for someone who wants the best of the best. There's a lot
of anxiety about the World Cup. We want to take all that away. We wanted
to have a package that is flawless," said Elon Kenchington, managing
director and general manager of The Mark Hotel.

The World Cup 2026 Extravaganza Package will provide what the hotel calls
the best access to the stadium for the game, including a helicopter ride
from New York to New Jersey.

"Six tickets included, six tickets on the field at the halfway line. You
will also have your own private lounge. So, you will have whatever you
want in that lounge—the best of the best, the best food, wines, and
      champagne," Kenchington explained.

The four-night package is scheduled around the final game on July 19 and
also includes 24/7 butler, masseuse, and concierge service, plus two
additional guest rooms for personal staff and a private sail on the Hudson
River, passing the Statue of Liberty.

For moments inside the room, the hotel will set up gaming tables and
oversized screens broadcasting every match, along with a special meal from
the venue's restaurant on the private rooftop.

"This is going to be for the service from Caviar Kaspia, and we will set
it up depending on the wishes of the guests. You can have this bar set up
here, caviar stations here. There will be on-site butler and staff for
them throughout the stay, for the duration, at any time—wherever they are
on this rooftop, whatever wish they have, we will make sure it is
      achieved."

Soccer fans in Times Square were divided on whether it was a good deal.

“I think at first glance it kind of intimidating but take into
consideration, you're in New York City, World Cup final, massive
tournament that's happening, a upper east side, kind of like living the
luxury. It is a one in a lifetime opportunity. So, you know, if I had the
means, I definitely would do it,” said Diego Chavez of Queens, New York.

“I am going to go to a game or two, but I'm going to be a little bit
wiser. I don't know if I need to be in Manhattan, top of the penthouse,
butler. If I could be chauffeur, get to the game, I’d deal with that,”
said Barry Louge of Boston, Massachusetts.

The World Cup begins on June 11, with the final game scheduled for July 19
      in New Jersey.

    **1. PERSONA:**

As a seasoned journalist, your task is to structure an article on {{story}}.
The article should be well-researched, factual, and engaging to a diverse
readership. Start with an attention-grabbing introduction that provides
context and piques the reader's interest. Organize the content into coherent
sections, each with a clear focus, and use compelling headlines for each
section. Incorporate quotes from reputable sources, and provide in-depth
analysis and perspectives on the topic. Conclude the article with a
thought-provoking summary that encourages further reflection or action.
Ensure the article adheres to journalistic ethics and standards, and is
suitable for publication in a respected news outlet.
